Building great training is only half the battle; it needs a secure, seamless home to live in. I handle the technical heavy lifting to get your learning platform running flawlessly from day one.
  • The Build: Complete Learning Management System (LMS) setup, user access matrix configuration, seamless testing and uploading of SCORM/xAPI assets, and compliance reporting.
  • Best For: Small businesses moving away from manual spreadsheets, or corporate teams launching a dedicated new learning platform.
  • Investment: From $2,800 + GST

Ongoing Support & Retainers

Launching your training is just step one. To keep your learning ecosystem running smoothly without adding to your internal team's workload, I offer dedicated monthly support retainer packages. Perfect for growing businesses and corporate departments who want an on-call specialist for content care, platform administration, and priority scheduling.

$950 + GST per month (6-month minimum • 30-day cancellation notice)Reliable, ongoing support for teams who want consistent backup and an expert who understands their LMS inside and out.

  • LMS troubleshooting and technical tracking (if applicable)
  • Course configuration, assignment setups, and enrollment management

$1,650 + GST per month (6-month minimum • 30-day cancellation notice)For enterprise teams who want hands-on support, faster turnaround, and complete peace of mind knowing their LMS ecosystem is completely looked after.
  • Includes up to 4 comprehensive support requests per month
  • Minor content edits, design tweaks, and priority layout adjustments

  • Extra requests billed at my standard consultancy rate of $180/hr + GST
What’s not included in any support tier
